Turnaround Inc Workshop: IPV and Healthy Relationships, Tues Oct 6- 3:30-5pm, Commons 004

Join our community partners at Turnaround for an interactive workshop to better understand signs of abuse, and build skills for healthy relationships. 


Red Flag Green Flag Event, Wednesday Oct 7, 11am-3pm Erickson Field


Survivor Self-care and Activist Burnout Prevention Day, Wednesday Oct 14.
1-3pm Yoga, RAC 106
2-4pm Self-care, Commons 004

Join the WGEC, RIH, OHP, and the RAC for an afternoon of yoga, acupuncture, basic health screenings, and mindful crafting. 


In Her Shoes, Mon Oct 19, 10-3pm UC 310
A 20-30 minute interactive workshop that shows the difficult choices survivors have to make. The goal of this event is building empathy and increasing awareness of the personal and systemic barriers survivors face. 


Clothesline Project Display, Thurs Oct 22, 9am-4pm, Commons Main Street. 
Supplies will be available in WGEC Lounge starting Oct 1st for survivors to decorate a shirt to raise awareness of IPV.
